We guarantee a right to return on products bought from us within 14 days of receipt. The time at which the goods are delivered is decisive for ensuring the deadline. Returned products and packages are only accepted in good condition, i.e. undamaged, unused, unopened and in the original packaging.

The customer shall bear the costs for the return. Upon receipt of the goods, the purchase price already paid will be refunded immediately to the customer.

In any case, the customer is responsible for packing the goods to be returned so that they may be transported. Damage / loss of the goods due to improper packaging will be charged to the customer. If the customer hands over the goods to a transport company, the customer bears the risk for the safe transport of the goods. The transfer of risk to Rausch AG only occurs once the goods have arrived at Rausch AG.
