Oil capsule Ingredients: perilla oil, algae oil, modified corn starch, humectants: glycerol; golden millet oil, stabilizer: carrageenan, sodium phosphates; D-alpha-tocopherol.

Herbal capsule Ingredients: green tea extract (41 %), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-ascorbic acid, corn starch, stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; sea buckthorn powder, Swiss herbal mixture (2 %), calcium-D-pantothenate, nicotinamide, stabilizer: hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agent: talc; zinc carbonate, calcium carbonate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin-5’-phosphate (sodium), thiamin hydrochloride, pteroylglutamic acid (folates), D-biotin, cyanocobalamin, sodium selenate, color: copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins.

Usage

Recommended dosage:
Take 1 oil capsule and 1 herbal capsule per day, preferably after the first meal, with plenty of water.

Important notes: Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take on an empty stomach, nor if following a strict low-calorie diet, nor at the same time as other products containing catechin (daily dose max. 800 mg). Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age should not take the product. Store below 25°C and keep out of reach of children. The capsules may appear cloudy; this has no impact on the quality or effect.
