Delivery
Within Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, we deliver to your home address (billing address) or a different delivery address.
On rausch.ch, we only deliver to private customers in the countries listed. If you require shipping to another country, we recommend ordering our products from other online shops.

Delivery times
As soon as your order is ready for shipping, we’ll send you an email with a link that you can use to track it. Unless agreed otherwise, the delivery time for standard shipping is 3–5 business days for orders received by 8:30 am CET.

Delivery
Within Germany, Austria and Italy, your goods will be delivered by GLS.
Within Switzerland, your goods will be delivered by Swiss Post.
The CO2 generated by the delivery of all our parcels is offset thanks to Swiss Post’s environmental commitment.
